The Lambrini Girls are back with their angry punk
Police brutality, toxic masculinity or fascist politics – the Lambrini Girls don’t pull any punches with anyone or anything. The Bristol duo burst onto the UK music scene in 2025 with their energetic and justifiably angry punk on the album *Who Let The Dogs Out*. In 2027, the band will return to Prague with their new album *No Refunds*. The concert will take place as part of the Heartnoize series on 17 May at the Roxy club.
“Big d*ck energy/Champion of heterosexuality/Stop telling me how much you lift,” shout Lambrini Girls on their debut record, which is full of frustration at the state of the world, but also a determination to confront current problems – and, if possible, have some fun doing so. Two years on, the world is no better a place, so their second album, *No Refunds*, is even darker and more direct than its predecessor. The Lambrini Girls deal with the rise of the manosphere and the growth of artificial intelligence in their own way – through lyrics that are both ironic and serious, sharp guitars and a tempo that steamrolls any lethargy.
