In ROXY we live for music and we love to talk about it too! For everyone else who feels the same way as we do, we are now introducing our new podcast Za Scénou (Behind the Scenes). So we want to invite interesting guests who are part of the Czechoslovak music scene and entertainment industry to the Roxy couch. Sometimes it will be people who are known and seen. Other times, our friendly moderator Katka will interview guests without whom our domestic scene could not function, but they are not to visible and we want to bring you closer to their work.

We started the first episode with a DJ legend who perhaps needs no more introduction. Aleš Gehringer aka DJ Orbith is a Brno native who first got behind the mix in 1996 and since then has been one of the most famous faces without whom the development of the Czech dance and electronic scene is simply unimaginable.
Already in 2021, he could boast the "Discovery of the Year" award in the Czech Dance Awards, which he also won two years later as the Best DJ. For many years he also performed with his own resident night Elektra in our Roxy. So we discussed the past, the present and of course we tried to predict the future. We all had a lot of fun during the interview and we hope you will enjoy our first episode with the smiley Ales! This is our Roxy Za Scénou podcast.
